had so much to say last night but was distracted by "The Cosby Show". But move on, and continue...
Off work, drove to the market, bought frozen dinner that will last for a week, chatted with a random guy who recognized me because supposedly we attended the same UBA club at school... all this resembles those sweet romance novels' plot except mine is the simplified version with not much excitement going on. Yes I am single, except I am not single and fabulous like those characters in the book. Yes I work, but I am not the amazing photographer whose studio is always booked by stars. Yes I get off late and do last minute grocery shop, however I am no cook and all I can afford is somewhat pricy microwaveable dinner with non-alcoholic drinks. And yes, I meet a guy while I was "picking up a can vegitable pasta (yummm)"... all akward and somewhat funny... yet it's nothing close to the "ohhhh wow" reaction those characters usually get under similar circumstances. So in other words, my life is the realistic version of those all too over-dramatic, romantic plots and afterall, they are fictions.
Then on the drive home I started thinking of how much I miss 90% of my clothes. How much I miss my sandals. How much I miss buying affordable clothes from old navy... and my earrings!!! Oh "stuff" I miss you so much~ I miss notebooks too... I miss dreaming the most. I am one boring person without my dreams... or I should say without being able to remember them... the most exciting things that ever happened to me happened in my dreams! What am I to do now that I can't remember any crazy, psychotic adventures that I normally experience on a nightly basis? I am lost without them... all I can remember is blurry images that hang there inbetween the conscious and unconscious realm. It's like if i close my eyes I see some pictures but not clear enough to recall the story line... so sad.. so sad.
Spoke with a complete opposite of me who never hesitates to give me a straight answer, and the result-- a deadline. As if meeting deadlines at work isn't enough... this is something I gotta think real hard about...
Spoke with a boy-version of me also, and I find it comforting to know that my logic is not irrational and even accepted by few... but again I feel trapped.
Conclusion; I have to find a balance and for however long that'll take, all I gotta say is "work on your patience, damn it susan".
