Dumping ground--- that's what it feels like. Things they don't want they throw it our way, things they need they come our way, we are now officially the trash collector + the backend support. Multiple direction and many expectation, lack of defined path except "just acheieve $X" on top of all other crap. OH and yea, don't loose your main focus, your priority even though u have THIS MUCH MORE you need to do now... Which one is it? We can't do all, or we are not going to do all-- it's like we are being set up for failure! Ironically, many will probably agree that this is nevertheless a great opportunity if not the best, for me to learn and carry on so much so soon so young. In two years I will be able to do a lot more-- in all fields. I feel like I am being trained ACCIDENTLY on management, sales, marketing, production, tech, and communication. But the true lesson is how to manage BS and deal with constant changes due to lack of well defined strategic planning. How to deal with Taiwan's crap, sales' crap, possibly product management's crap--- be blamed for shit just because it's easier to blame us.... this is the true lesson. Maybe in a year or two I will be a professional everything... after the intensive training I get from this place...The thing is for me this is no big deal, I don't feel like I am being compensated enough but I can't complain, since everyone else in the same boat has been here longer and should probably get a lot more... all I know is if we fail, then it's okay I am single, no dependents, I don't have to worry so much.. but for others this is a big risk... I feel bad for them. THey are already under tremendous pressure and now to ask them to take a chance, carry more weight, but no compensation, how sad is that! Some of them has to pay more than credit card bills, they got a house, a wife to worry about... aye... we better hit the road, and hit the target goal, get rid of people's crap and set expectations straight... otherwise might as well just .... just... . I WANT TO SAY GIVE UP BUT I CAN"T! Just do our best... blah!

So yes, X-Mas season... people are off, etc... good good, wish I can get days off, weeks off too, unfortunately I know thats not happening. So I gotta apply for my H1 and it is going to be close to 3000.... YES SUSAN, JUST SPEND IT ALL, U BETTER GET THE DAMN THING! or a husband.. whichever easier... OH OK, SOO H1 IT IS THEN.. f! alright. time to sleep :D
