anger anger anger. I can't let it go! I mean I can, but this time around I sort of don't want to. I'm pretty sick and tired of it... it's one thing when the comments are irrelevant and shallow and can be easily disregarded, but it's another thing when the remarks are about my friends. It may have came out as a joke or w/o given much thoughts, but nevertheless it cannot be accepted. I think some would agree that we've let it go too many times and too easily, and I wonder if by doing that we are pretty much saying it's okay to demonstrate such behavior? Aren't we just as guilty as the person by not standing up for ourselves and voicing our opinions? I mean not opposing it is sometimes as bad as going along with it, right? Don't know I can't help but wonder if I'm being too lenient given the fact that if the comments came from another person, I probably wouldn't have let it go as easily. In fact I would have made sure he/she knows how I feel about the situation and I wouldn't be shy about how annoyed I am either. So what's holding me back? To avoid confrontation? Or to avoid having to share everything that's on my mind? Also, if the situation was reversed, I'm dead certain that I wouldn't have gotten away with it so easily.

Either way, I guess I am letting it slide this time. But I don't know how much longer I can take this nonsense as most ppl know, I do have short temper and almost no patience.

On a happier note, my Lobby / Gift shop design has been finalized. I'm proud of myself :) Getting the approval from Ron Goldenstein is more than getting A's in any of my classes, this is something because of his experiences and his credibility in the industry. I think this is one of my favorite classes so far and I'm extremely happy to have chosen this program and gotten a chance to take this class with him. I'm just so thrilled to know that all my classes and teachers are so talented and they are so kind in terms of sharing knowledge and expertise with their peers. I can say for sure now that I've made the right choice, or with a even higher confidence I mean. :)

I cannot wait until the day that I can be in his position and give back to the design community.
