AH! this makes soooo much sense!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA so right now I'm watching the pink panther classic DVD collection, disc 1 episode 1. I saw it at Costco and I just had to have it! This is my favorite cartoon of all times (+ 小金剛) and guess what, the very first episode's about Pink Panther fucking around with a painter while the painter's painting a door, wall, and a column. I mean how appropriate is that! The drawings are so simple and the lines that make the wall, the door, the corner, the column... it's almost just elementary perspective drawings but it gets the pt across. This is too funny, maybe everything else I've seen or liked around me in my childhood really planted the seed, and pointed me in a direction on a subconscious level. Because honestly when I think back carefully I can see the signs; playing around in the carpet factory, saving balloon sticks just so maybe I can build a house with the sticks (I saved so much), always preferred to draw more geometric shapes (my mom tried really hard to teach me how to perfect my train drawing) + houses (the typical house with a river in front, a chimney, and clouds), and of course now, the Pink Panther!!! This is so crazy, this is actually pretty cool to see why I've always had the inclination to go towards architecture / interior design. So happy I bought the DVD collection!!!

Imagine if I were to watch something different, or to be surrounded by other influences... hmmm yeah it's important to teach kids well while they are young. Kids get influenced so easily. hehehehe...

This is too funny...I love it.
