lately all I've heard in the office is "Fuck M, he can suck this" or "Shit, I want to kill somebody"... I mean seriously M is really pissing everyone off isn't he. Monday M was confronted by the least likely person which to a certain degree, wasn't at all unexpected. And the little drama was enjoyed by all three spectators including myself. I likewise have some complaints about him as well; I dislike his mgmt style, I question his ethics, and I doubt him as a trust worthy person. So why would I want to work for a guy like that? I wouldn't, I won't.
Unfortunenately b/c of my loyalty to Company I (funny, not even my own company) and I owe myself a successful launch, to quit is simply not an option... YET. I cannot wait for the day when I can point to the demo boxes at Frys or Best Buy and say "yeah I created that, I was part of that", and can feel proud about the things I've done during my short term career. Even though at the time it was hard to find meaning in the process, and what is considered short term feels like a lifetime, but I want to think back to myself and pad myself on the back and say "yup it was all worth it, those late night calls and nearly getting heartattacks at such young and tender age"... worth it.
The funny thing is I cannot believe how much I can share with my boss now (not M). I told him today if it wasn't b/c I pretended that I am working for company I all along, I would have quit by now. It's like I give no credit to my company but really... what's the point if I don't feel like they pay the same respect to me. Of course that's an unfair statement b/c I know most people feel I've contributed a lot but it is just that one group, the so called PM group, my so called backup.... backing up and leaving me alone on the battle field is more like what they are doing... honestly that piece of shit group-- I really do not want to be associated with them in any way, even if I am just an extension of them all the way out here in the States I still refuse to be a part of them. So what do I do, I still have to quit...
it's all a matter of time.
Now todo list for the week:
1. send out my I-20 application
2. wash my car (inside and out)
3. buy cat related stuff...
4. find something to do on weekends (long weekend, cannot be wasted)
5. paint
Okay maybe not # 5 but I am sure I am missing something, will think of it later bc right now I need to write up my account activity summary and turn them into M so he can forward all my hardwork onto this newly hired sales and then remove me from all important activities. lets see who makes the move first, lets hope he does >:I
