i've been thinking it all wrong, all wrong!
I don't understand why all these years my number one complaint was "I want a bf, but I can't find any good boys with potential". Until I met Jon that is. But my point is, that kind of thinking and logic is all wrong! Or maybe I've matured a bit?

The thing is, how can I want a bf when there isn't anyone who inspires me or catches my attention? How can I want a bf or date when I don't see anyone worth spending time with? How can I say I want to be close to someone when i don't know anyone well enough to want to get close to? So how can I complain? The best alternative to having a boyfriend is to be single! It's great, I love how my life is right now (despite all the craziness and insecurity experienced with work) and I don't feel the need to look for someone. I admit it is always nice to have someone to depend on, to cuddle with, but what's the biggy really when you have two affectionate cats? Hahaha na but seriously I just realized how happy I am right now with the way things are. If one day things change, I would probably get sad, but I think this mentality will not change for a while. It's so nice to have myself and know that it is enough. It is awesome to know i got great people to hang out with and share stories with, and that i don't need one single person to fill that emptiness inside. There's no room-- no emptiness! It's all packed and fun! ahhh how nice.

Besides work, I really got nothing at all, to complain about~! :)
