I don't think I have ever been this aggressive or bitchy at work. With people in general... I can't help but to complain! This is frustrating but the irony is this is exactly why there are PMs. IF everything can go smoothly, can become automated, then there would be no need for us... but I can't help to wonder if there are better approach, more effective, systematic way to operate and manage and minimize impact! I try to foresee issues, but again I have to deal and do one thing at a time, so many conflicting ideas and ways of doing things, not everyone is on the same page, not everyone has the same understanding or knowledge, you would think that's why this is a team effort not an individual effort. However when that gap start to increase and expand in size due to lack or poor communication among members in a "team" (yea a team that is), then many unnecessary issues arise. When the PM looses focus or her logic and train of thought, lose track, then everything begin to fall apart piece of piece.... no superglue can do the trick if it comes down to that point. I am afraid it is coming down to that point SO SOON! This is shitty.. aye.. ANA Is here! YAY! TIME TO GO EAT!
